Code of Ethics

• 1. ACSI will provide a thorough and honest opinion of the home’s structure and integral components.
• 2. ACSI will not accept nor make available commissions or allowances, directly or indirectly, and will always   perform as a disinterested third party.
• 3. ACSI will not accept compensation, monetary or otherwise, from more than one client regarding the same property without prior consent of all interested parties.
• 4. ACSI will not pass judgment on the value of a property nor recommend the purchase of a property.
• 5. ACSI will only perform inspections on properties in which they have no interest in, present or contemplated.
• 6. ACSI will not disclose any information regarding the inspection without the approval from the clients or authorized agent.
• 7. ACSI will not profit from the corrections of issues noted at an inspection.
• 8. ACSI will always conduct inspections in a professional manner with full respect for the clients and the property being inspected.
