SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Scott M. Warga is a Residential and Commercial General Contractor in the state of Arizona and the Qualifying Party for ACSI American Construction Specialists and Investigations LLC. (AZ ROC. 216772.) He has over 15 years experience as a builder, inspector and consultant in the construction, construction failure-analyses and forensics industry.
Mr. Warga is in addition a Certified Home Inspector (AZ. BTR 38062) in the state of Arizona and has been appointed to the Arizona Board of Technical Registration’s Enforcement Advisory Committee. He has served as Speaker of the Council of Representatives for the American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI) and currently sits on the ASHI Board of Directors. He has also served as Central district chairman Secretary and Vice president of the Arizona chapter of ASHI. He has performed over 2500 inspections. He is certified as a level 1 thermographer and he has been directly involved in the construction of over 22 convenience stores and fuel stations as well as other residential and small commercial projects.
Mr. Warga has provided OSHA compliance assistance and risk management and loss control services and consultancies to construction companies. Risk management and loss control services have been provided for constructors and property managers.
Mr. Warga is also a noted Arizona radio commentator in construction issues for consumers, a local and national educator in inspection, real estate, disclosure and construction and forensic practices and has acted as a consulting expert witness in construction and inspection disputes. His services have been rendered for a wide array of property owners, construction companies, inspectors, agencies, attorneys, Mediators and Arbitrators, property managers, and agents.
